Cookbook is almost here

I just got a call from Morris Press, the cookbook company we used to publish "From Ethiopia to Minnesota" The cookbook is all printed and ready to ship! I just have to come up with the $300 I was short when I calculated how much it was going to cost to print them. If you preorder one now it will help get the books here sooner! I got the proof in the mail a couple weeks ago and it is a fabulous book! Even though we're not making very much money off of it to pay our adoption expenses, it was so worth it.
